St. Paul Harley-Davidson® begins discussions on the creation a customer loyalty program that rewards Harley-Davidson® enthusiasts for enjoying the sport they love, From airlines to hotels, loyalty programs across many industry sectors were scrutinized and analyzed. While the decision to build the MVP solution from scratch was an expensive gamble, it would prove to bear fruit over time.

August 1, 2003 On their 2nd Anniversary, MVP at St. Paul Harley-Davidson® is 1,283 members strong. The correlation between the increasing numbers of highly satisfied MVP members enrolled at St. Paul Harley-Davidson® and the attainment of Gold Bar & Shield Awards of Excellence was undeniable.
